Job summary

API Heat Transfer, a global leader in heat exchangers, is seeking an Assembler for our Franklin, WI facility. You will assemble components, read blueprints, and ensure quality through visual and mechanical inspections.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in manufacturing, can lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team while following 5S and safety standards. Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor.
