API Heat Transfer in Franklin, WI, is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring quality through careful inspection and accurate documentation.

You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, operate fin machines and leak testers, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals in a safe, clean 5S environment.

Assembler - Franklin Facility

Location: Franklin, WI

Department: Manufacturing Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Minimum 6 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at the Franklin facility. This position plays a critical role in assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality and consistency. If you have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical aptitude, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
