The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work, coupled with a strong mechanical aptitude. Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols.
