Qualifications

• Perform hand soldering for through-hole connectors and surface mount components.
• Mount, tack, and solder through-hole components ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct visual inspections using magnifiers or microscopes to verify quality.
• Read work orders, assembly drawings, BOMs and production schedules to follow job specifications.
• Meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior technicians, engineers and supervisors to improve processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S/lean standards at workstations.
• Record defect data and production information in the Factory Logix system.
