Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down of the saw.
• Run the saw with maximum speed, slicing yield, and percent acceptable products.
• Perform minor maintenance on saw (blade changes, cleaning).
• Complete paperwork and process control checks.
• General housekeeping in the department.
• Adhere to safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
• Participate in job rotation as needed.
• Record product information into the computer and scan product materials.
