Job summary

Tyson Foods in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator to support the meat processing line on the 3rd shift. You will inspect, cut, and package product, operate packaging machines, and ensure quality and sanitation standards are met.

The role requires ability to lift up to 60 pounds, perform basic math, use SAP and RF scanners, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while following HACCP, GMP and SQF procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math functions like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
• Able to complete SAP functions and related paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Sort ends and pieces of #2 product, rework, or down-graded product.
• Place meat in pocket, operate machine, replace film and zipper.
• Use a handheld computer and SAP to issue and backstop.
• Set up, operate, and maintain Multivac packaging machines and related equipment.
• Observe sanitation procedures and HACCP documentation.
