Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in precision machining or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints, inspection checklists, and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain gun-drill machines, fixtures, and jigs to ensure efficient, precise production.
• Read blueprints and inspection checklists to perform machining tasks accurately.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to verify dimensions.
• Perform deburring operations to maintain quality and standards.
• Document labor and production data in the ERP system.
