Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Tool & Die Maker in Warsaw, Indiana on 2nd and 3rd shifts to fabricate, modify, and repair tooling and fixtures for precision components used in orthopedic devices.

Responsibilities include working from drawings, setting up CNC machines, and inspecting parts to tight tolerances. Applicants should have toolmaking experience or related programs and be willing to travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Hands-on toolmaking experience required or via approved programs.
• Ability to interpret sketches, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Experience with CNC and conventional tooling equipment.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, reproduce, modify, and repair tooling and fixtures.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment for precision machining.
• Inspect tooling components and verify tolerances.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement repairs to support production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and toolroom staff.
