Job summary

Tool & Die Maker role in Warsaw, IN is an on-site, permanent position with 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will fabricate, modify, and repair tooling and fixtures, set up CNC equipment, and ensure precision through inspection and measurements. Travel up to 5% may be required.

You will work from drawings and specifications, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering to deliver high-quality tooling components for medical device manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabricating, modifying, or repairing tooling and dies.
• Strong ability to interpret sketches, blueprints, models, dimensions, tolerances, and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, reproduce, modify, and repair tooling and fixtures.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment for precision machining.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances with precision tools.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement repairs.
