Job summary

Paramount Printing is seeking a detail-oriented Guillotine Cutter to join our production team. You will cut materials according to orders, ensure accurate dimensions, and prepare pieces for the printing press.

The role requires experience with cutting equipment, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to safety. Second Shift is Mon-Thu 3:30pm–2:00am, offering stable hours and consistent overtime. Candidates must work well in a team and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Guillotine Cutting Machine.
• Ability to read and measure with a measuring tape.
• Basic computer skills including email and keyboard navigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital die cutting equipment according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks and ensure customer specs are met.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the department.
• Perform standard setup and adjustments on equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and manage supplies.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
