Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor grinding machines to produce parts according to drawings and production requirements.
• Inspect and measure parts throughout production using appropriate measuring tools.
• Dress grinding wheels and adjust machines to maintain quality and safety.
• Identify quality issues or process problems and report to supervisor.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines in all tasks.
