Responsibilities

• Grind and smooth surfaces and weld seams, remove burrs and spatter.
• Polish finished areas to produce unmarred surfaces.
• Replace worn abrasive belts/disks and maintain grinders.
• Inspect parts for missing or incomplete welds and ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Meet production expectations as directed by team lead/plant manager.
