Qualifications

• Experience operating precision grinding equipment in a machining or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work collaboratively in a production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate precision grinding equipment to machine metal components to tight tolerances.
• Perform machine setup, tooling adjustments, and fixture alignment for production runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust processes to maintain specifications.
• Maintain high safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
