Inova Staffing is seeking a CNC Grinder for a second shift in Solon, OH. This hands-on role operates high-precision grinders in a climate-controlled shop serving aerospace, medical, and defense markets.

You will set up grinders, read blueprints, perform in-process and final inspections, and maintain strict tolerances and part quality in a small team setting.

Qualificações

• Experience with CNC OD/ID grinding and holding tight tolerances within .0002".
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours in a small, skilled team.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grinders (Studer, Kellenberger, etc.).
• Work from blueprints and process sheets to achieve tight tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, comparators, and other precision instruments.
• Perform in-process checks and final inspections to ensure part quality.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols.

CNC Grinder – 2nd Shift

Location: Solon, OH Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | High-Precision Job Shop

A high-precision job shop in Solon is looking to add a CNC Grinder to its second shift team. This is a hands-on role in a clean, climate-controlled facility specializing in tight-tolerance, low-volume work for industries such as aerospace, medical, and defense.

What You’ ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grinders (Studer, Kellenberger, etc.)
• Work from blueprints and process sheets to achieve tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, comparators, and other precision instruments
• Perform in-process checks and final inspections to ensure part quality
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols

What We’ re Looking For:
