Qualificações

• 2+ years of CNC or grinder machine experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to read precision measuring tools.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to safely utilize power tools, grinding equipment, and overhead cranes.

Responsabilidades

• Grind castings, machine parts, sheet metal subassemblies, and other metal components to required specifications.
• Remove excess metal, scratches, and burrs using grinding equipment and power tools.
• Select and install appropriate abrasive wheels based on required finish and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, sectional views, process sheets, and job travelers.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and company standards.
• Document inspection results and communicate manufacturing issues or defects to Quality and management.
• Monitor machine performance, fluid levels, and perform preventative maintenance to support continuous production.
• Use overhead cranes and other equipment to safely lift, position, and transport parts.
• Maintain standards for safety, quality, delivery, cost, 5S, housekeeping, teamwork, and attendance.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts while recommending improvements to products and processes.
