This role involves setup and operation of grinding machines to meet precise specs in a manufacturing environment. We seek candidates with practical grinding experience, math knowledge, and the ability to lift light to moderate loads.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of algebra and geometry, able to interpret measurements and tolerances.
• One or more years of grinding experience (rotary, ID/OD, centerless or sphere).
• Ability to lift or carry 0–15 lbs frequently and 15–50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding machines to finish parts per documented specs.
• Ensure features meet finish and dimensional tolerances per documentation.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and report equipment issues.
