Qualifications

• High School Or Equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform relief and final finish grinding of castings per tech card.
• Perform grinding operations of development castings per supervisor or engineering instructions.
• Use large belt grinders, fixtures and other grinding equipment to remove gates, burrs, fins to within tolerances of .005.
• Use appropriate measuring instruments to ensure proper grinding dimensions.
• Complete proper documentation as required including process routing card and salvage router.
• Train personnel as directed by supervisor or lead.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
