Orchid Orthopedic Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking an Operations Technician I, Finishing to perform grinding, buffing, trimming, and chemical treatment to achieve required surface finish on orthopedic implants. The role emphasizes safe handling, accurate measurement, and adherence to quality processes.

You will work in a team-oriented environment with Lean and EHS support, performing inspections and maintaining instruments, while following SOPs and training requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transporting product safely using hand truck, pallet jack, and carts.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Report faulty equipment or material to supervision.
• Follow safety rules and participate in Lean Manufacturing and EHS initiatives.
• Dimensionally inspect parts using calipers and measurement tools.
• Perform 5S housekeeping and follow work orders for finishing operations.
• Support quality and compliance per QMS procedures.
