Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm-10:00 pm) grinder operator in East Peoria, IL. You will set up, operate and adjust grinders to finish crankshaft bearings and work with honing machines and related automation. This is a supplemental, 40-hour per week role with shift differential.

Candidates should have CNC training or experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a dynamic shop environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate and adjust grinders for surface and cylindrical grinding of crankshaft bearings.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain productive workflow on 2nd shift.
