Job summary

Prestige Land & Site Works, LLC is seeking a Fine Grading Laborer to support earthwork, roadway, and fine grading operations on construction sites. You will perform manual labor, operate hand tools and small equipment, and help ensure grading precision under the supervision of the Fine Grading Foreman.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in grading, excavation, or construction is a plus.
• Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fine grading, excavation, and site leveling.
• Work with the grading team to ensure proper surface preparation and compaction.
• Follow site plans and grade specifications to meet project requirements.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as shovels, rakes, compaction equipment, and grade rods.
• Assist in setting grade stakes and measuring elevations for accuracy.
