Job summary

Prestigecorp is seeking a diligent Fine Grading Laborer to support earthwork and roadway grading on construction sites in Northern Kentucky. You will perform manual labor, operate hand tools and small equipment, and help ensure grading precision under the supervision of the Foreman.

Responsibilities include site preparation, following grade specifications, maintaining a clean work area, and complying with OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in grading, excavation, or construction is a plus.
• Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fine grading, excavation, and site leveling.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as shovels, rakes, compaction equipment, and grade rods.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and monitor job site hazards.
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and assist with material handling as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors, teammates, and contractors.
• Perform other duties to support grading operations.
