Job summary

PUMA Group in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a manufacturing assembler for Cobra Golf components. You will safely measure, adjust, and assemble golf club heads to precise loft and lie specs, using bending machines and gauges.

You will work in a team in a warehouse setting, follow work instructions, maintain quality, and support continuous improvement; lifting up to 50 pounds and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail; perform precise, repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; Monday–Friday 6:00AM–2:30PM with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure and adjust club loft and lie angles to specs.
• Operate bending machines, gauges, and related equipment safely.
• Safely assemble golf clubs to manufacturing specifications.
• Identify defects and report discrepancies; support continuous improvement.
