Job summary

PUMA Group in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for Cobra Golf. You will safely assemble golf clubs per specifications, work in a team, and perform quality checks. You will read orders, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

You will measure, verify, and adjust specifications such as length and swingweight while maintaining workstation organization and adhering to safety policies. Overtime and possible weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions, build specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to have the dexterity to perform job functions to meet quality and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately assemble golf clubs according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Perform job functions in a team setting within a manufacturing environment including assembly steps and quality checks.
• Identify defects, damaged components, or specification discrepancies and report them to supervision.
