Qualifications

• Assist Gluer Operators and run a setup machine during breaks and time away.
• Review work orders and gluing requirements to determine settings.
• Monitor glue machinery to ensure products meet client specs.
• Enter accurate job data such as counts and quality records.
• Assist packers and observe material feeding and gluing edges for quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist all Gluer Operators and run a setup machine during breaks and shift change.
• Inform operator of any quality or machine issues while away.
• Learn to review work orders and determine components, settings, and adjustments.
• Monitor operators to ensure products meet client specifications and adjust as needed.
• Inspect completed cartons for conformance to work orders and document results.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs on glue machinery.
• Configure glue placement and fold/break positions to match job specs.
• Enter accurate job data and support inventory management.
• Assist packers and ensure quality across the line.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
