Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew efforts and train other crew members.
• Interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Set up machines per order specifics and adjust during production.
• Operate testing equipment for corrugated and folding/gluing processes.
• Monitor board quality for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain records and perform basic data entry related to production.
