Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform labor activities in the assembly & test departments.
• Disassembly and inspection of gear boxes.
• Gear box assembly and test.
• Deburring, cleaning and painting.
• Support continuous elimination of waste and cycle time reduction.
• Work with Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on discrepancies and quality issues.
• Emphasize safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
• Develop relationships with peers to foster teamwork.
