Qualifications

• Own end-to-end CNC press brake setups: programming, tooling selection, and optimization.
• Digest intricate blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions with ease.
• Calculate bend allowances and refine setups for accuracy and throughput.
• Confirm specs using precision gauges and keen visual inspections.
• Stage materials, complete clear job documentation, and keep schedules on track.
• Train and mentor Level I/II operators; model safe, reliable methods.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and audit-ready workspace.
