Job summary

Tempco Mfg - St. Paul Facility seeks a Lead Press Brake Programmer and Set-Up Technician (Level II/III) to own complex CNC press brake setups and drive first-pass quality.

You will translate blueprints and work packets into efficient production runs, determine tooling, bend allowances, and optimize for speed and accuracy. In this role you will mentor Level I/II operators, champion best practices, maintain a safe organized workspace, and support production schedules.
