Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Forklift Operator in Flower Mound, TX. The role requires operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts as well as electric pallet jacks to move materials around the warehouse and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will load/unload trailers, stage and store inventory, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position, with multiple shifts available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience with stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and EPJs is expected.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and inventory handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and EPJs to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Transport, stack, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, scanning, and product placement.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies; assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
