Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Stand-up Forklift Operator in Flower Mound, TX. Operate a stand-up forklift in a dry dock area, load/unload trailers, stage products for shipment, and support daily warehouse operations while following safety procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of stand-up forklift experience. The role offers multiple Monday–Friday shifts and comprehensive benefits through Staffmark.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of stand-up forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move, stage, and organize products.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and designated dock areas.
• Transport products throughout the warehouse and dry dock.
• Stage products for shipment and storage.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory movement.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently while focusing on safety and accuracy.
