Job summary

DBO, LLC is seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our precast concrete duct bank team. The role involves operating forklifts and heavy equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and transport precast products throughout the production yard.

Ideal candidates have experience in industrial or construction settings, OSHA forklift certification is preferred, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and load handling procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to move, load, unload, and transport precast concrete products.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production materials; assist with staging for shipping and production.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and heavy equipment; report issues.
• Follow OSHA, company, and site safety procedures.
• Read load sheets, shipping documents, and hand signals; assist with rigging and securing oversized loads.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and yard personnel to maintain workflow.
