Job summary

Preferred Materials - Concrete Division is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate concrete block production machinery and a forklift safely and efficiently. You will help maintain equipment, calibrate machines, and assist with basic repairs while upholding strict safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires reliable attendance, willingness to travel to other facilities as needed, and strong communication with team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a forklift and follow instructions.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and perform simple mechanical repairs.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete block manufacturing machine and forklift.
• Adjust calibration of machines and perform repairs as needed.
• Use power tools to maintain and repair equipment; clean/install molds.
