Job summary

Eagle Beverage is seeking a Food Production Quality Control Technician to perform QC testing on finished goods, raw materials, and bottling batches, ensuring compliance with HACCP and SQF standards. This role supports manufacturing operations and maintains accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will monitor CCPs, collect samples, verify recipes, assist in investigations of customer complaints, and help uphold food safety and worker safety practices across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Biological Science or similar required.
• HACCP and SQF certifications or good experience preferred.
• Advanced math and computer skills (ERP, Excel, Word).
• Works independently while coordinating with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and areas.
• Ensure correct recipe guidelines are met during processing.
• Collect bottling samples (first, middle, last units).
• Monitor raw materials/ingredients for continued quality and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and worker safety practices, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Monitor critical control points (CCP) and finished goods holds/releases.
• Record and report analytical results and investigate issues.
