Job summary

SK Food Group is seeking a Production Technician in Reno, NV to support accurate portioning and data collection for sandwiches and related products. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on AvT data, correct scoop usage, and timely communication of variances.

Responsibilities include measuring weights, calculating consumption, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented within five minutes of discovery. The position requires a high school diploma and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, plus 3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency with GMPs and data recording practices.

Responsibilities

• Verify correct scoops are used according to MPS.
• Record weights and calculate actual consumption via AvT.
• Communicate variances to Lead and Supervisor.
• Assist in correcting portioning quickly and effectively (<=5 minutes).
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation; submit end of shift paperwork to QA.
• Ensure continuous communication with slicing for meat portions.
