Job summary

Babynov USA LLC in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, is seeking a Machine Operator to run automated grinding, cooking, filling and packing lines in a clean, GMP-compliant facility. You will support production with accurate recipe adherence and data entry.

You will collaborate with process/packing teams, perform quality checks, and maintain safe, organized workspaces while contributing to continuous improvement and ERP data logging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food industry or relevant role in manufacturing (Food/Cosmetics/Pharma/Consumer Goods).
• Knowledge of GMP, safety and food safety practices.
• Ability to use ERP systems and basic computer tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Run equipment in process/packing room and follow production scheduling.
• Follow recipes and ensure proper documentation for deviations.
• Perform quality checks and log results in ERP.
• Collaborate with Maintenance techs for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement and waste reduction programs.
