Qualifications

• Proven experience in food industry or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and food safety principles.
• Knowledge of quality rules in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of basic troubleshooting and first-level maintenance.
• Remote attendant certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the process/packing area.
• Follow production scheduling and recipes; obtain approvals for deviations.
• Ensure product quality at start, end and during production.
• Perform quality checks and document results in logs/ERP.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and waste reduction.
