Qualifications

• Must follow GMP and safety protocols at all times.
• Efficiently manage production schedules and materials.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Demonstrate physical stamina to stand, lift, and move during shifts.
• Accurately calculate ingredient quantities and maintain batch records.
• Identify and solve issues in the mixing process promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend mixing machines to meet batch specs.
• Load materials and ensure proper hopper loading and machine setup.
• Record logs of feed formulations and batch data daily.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
• Support production as needed to meet customer formulation requirements.
