Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Food Kit Assembly Line Associate in Aurora to support box assembly and production operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team to ensure quality, safety, and orderly workflows while following guidelines and manager directions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and reliable performance on an assembly line. Training is provided, and the shifts cover days and nights as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed assembly and production instructions consistently on a food production line.
• Respect supervisory direction and workplace procedures.
• Attention to detail when identifying defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the work area.
• Basic ability to use scales, measuring spoons, and cups for ingredient preparation.
• Reliability in supporting production tasks and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines for proper assembly and production of food kit boxes on the assembly line.
• Respect direction from managers and supervisors regarding line performance.
• Ensure actions support the business and do not violate company policies.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to Quality Assurance and/or the Supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations while performing daily production tasks.
• Occasionally prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups as needed.
