Allied Printing Services, Inc. is hiring a Folder Operator to join our bindery team in a fast-paced environment. You will set up and operate folder machines to produce printed materials with exact folds, slits, and creases, while maintaining efficiency and minimizing waste.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–4 years of hands-on folder operation experience. The role offers full-time hours across multiple shifts with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong manual dexterity and reliable hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to maintain color accuracy and produce precise folds.
• Knowledge of paper handling and folding processes in a printing environment.
• Experience operating folder machines and setting up blades/creasers.
• Attention to detail to ensure specs are met and waste is minimized.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder machines to exact specifications.
• Adjust side guides, blades, rollers, tension screws, and creasing blades as required.
• Operate machine to fold, slit, and score printed sheets.
• Monitor equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Handle materials safely and keep work area clean and organized.
• Stack and pack bound and finished products on pallets.
