Job summary

SupremeX is seeking a Folder-Gluer Operator to start up, operate and maintain the folder-gluer in a fast-paced production environment. You will ensure folding cartons meet quality standards and production specs while collaborating with the production team.

The role is first shift, 6am–2pm, with potential for other shifts if needed. Experience with major folders (Signature, Bobst, Jagenberg, Vega) and a strong commitment to quality are preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as a folder-gluer operator in printing or folding carton production.
• Knowledge of folding/gluing configurations (single/double/crash-lock/4/6 corners).
• Ability to make precise mechanical adjustments and read spec sheets.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and safety.
• Flexibility to work day/evening/night shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, adjust and operate the folder-gluer according to work orders and standards.
• Carry out editing and format changes for each production run.
• Read customer plans, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Ensure cartons are well folded, glued and meet quality/dimension specs.
• Perform quality controls and basic machine maintenance.
• Complete production reports and report anomalies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with health and safety rules.
