Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join a growing production team focused on high-quality pressure sensitive labels. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic presses to produce consistent products that meet customer specs and schedules.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering exceptional print quality and maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of flexographic press operating experience.
• Experience printing on pressure sensitive labels is preferred.
• Able to read and interpret job tickets and production specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic presses for label production.
• Verify materials, colors, plates, substrates, and specs before runs.
• Install printing plates, dies, anilox rolls, sleeves, inks, and press components.
