Job summary

You will read job blueprints, follow routers, and ensure surfaces meet specified finishes, while maintaining safety and teamwork on the production line. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and learn to use measuring tools and tolerances in imperial and metric

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read safety and process instructions and to follow procedures.
• Willingness to operate grinders, sanders and related finishing tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Finish metal parts to required surface quality per drawings and notes.
• Read blueprints and routers to determine finish requirements.
• Maintain safety as a top priority and use PPE as required.
• Operate sandblast booth and hand tools to achieve finishes.
• Assist with machine setup, transport parts, and keep work area organized.
