Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, following supervisor directions, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet finish specifications while coordinating with the production team throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings is a plus.
• Ability to work with imperial and metric measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety at all times while performing tasks.
• Finish parts to required surface finishes per instructions.
• Follow supervisor instructions and operate machines at production level.
• Read blueprints or routers to determine finish requirements.
• Meet due dates on routers unless instructed otherwise.
• Remove burrs and sharp edges; ensure proper finish.
• Wear safety gear during grinding; maintain equipment.
