Globus Medical is seeking a Finishing Operator to visually inspect, deburr, clean, tumble and spin small machined components. You will work with the finishing team to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspection under stereo-microscopes, using hand tools to remove burrs, and documenting results. This role requires attention to detail, dexterity and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Visual inspections of machined components using stereo-microscope.
• Measures and inspects medical device products in accordance with manufacturing specifications.
• Cleans, blasts, tumbles, and spinning sub-components following established procedures.
• Utilizes hand tools including deburring knives, files, and pneumatic tools to remove burrs and assemble parts; use of automatic machine equipment to tumble, blast, and clean.
• The ability to hand blast.
• Visual inspections utilizing illumination devices & microscope to view internal areas of components to ensure they are adequately deburred.
• Escalates problems/issues to the Finishing Manager.
• Accurately completes all quality documentation and inspection sheets.
• Follows all verbal and/or written instructions such as blueprints, traveler, work instruction, process specifications, sketches, and direction from supervisor in completing a variety of assembly and inspection tasks.
• Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
• Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.
• Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
