Job summary

Globus Medical, including Branch Medical Group, is seeking a Finishing Operator to visually inspect, deburr, clean, tumble, blast, and spin small machined components. The role supports the finishing family with entry-level and advanced tasks depending on experience.

The incumbent will perform precision inspection under a stereo microscope, document quality checks, and follow detailed instructions to ensure parts meet stringent standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to read part drawings and use tools.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect machined components using a stereo-microscope.
• Measure and inspect medical device products per specs.
• Clean, blast, tumble, and spin sub-components per procedures.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions and process specs.
• Complete quality documentation and inspection sheets.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance training.
