The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or with a team, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings (blueprints).
• Proficiency with basic and precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and routing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow routing procedures within the ERP system.
• Monitor production for hot jobs and adjust workflow for high-priority jobs.
• Track inventory of materials and finishing solutions; notify Purchasing if stock is low.
