Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment such as sanders, buffers and polishers.
• Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols at all times.
