SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Post Production Technician to prepare and finish manufactured parts to meet customer and quality specifications. You will deburr, tumble, finish parts, install hardware, and perform quality checks while supporting efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a range of tasks depending on departmental needs, including deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts.
• Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware.
• Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Move materials and job orders throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
