SendCutSend Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a CNC Finishing Technician to support pre- and post-machining operations, including material prep, detabbing, sanding, vapor honing, inspection, and packaging finished parts for shipment.

You will work with a collaborative manufacturing team on safety, quality standards, and process improvements in a fast-paced production environment; candidates should be detail-oriented, capable with basic tools, and able to follow schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new processes and take direction from Leads and Supervisors

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-machining operations, including cutting raw material using a saw
• Conduct post-machining operations such as detabbing, sanding, and vapor honing CNC parts
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify accuracy and quality
• Maintain and clean tools, machines, and work areas to ensure a safe, organized workspace
• Package and prepare completed parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit
• Follow production schedules, work orders, and quality standards
• Work closely with the team to identify and resolve process issues or improvements
• Operate safely and comply with all company policies and safety procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
