Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related finishing experience.
• Competence in reading and understanding manufacturing drawings.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and contribute to team performance.
• Confidence with measurements, tolerances, and using both imperial and metric systems.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, polish, grind and finish metal parts to required surface specifications.
• Follow supervisor instructions and production blueprints to meet finish requirements.
• Set up and operate finishing machines, inspect parts and ensure quality.
• Maintain safety practices and proper use of PPE while performing finishing tasks.
